August 1, 2011 Reply ArtemisToo When you crisscross to make a five-bead unit, does your left needle become your right needle then (and vice versa)? August 29, 2011 Reply Beadaholique @ArtemisToo Yes, it does, but whenever I refer to 'right needle', 'left needle' etc. I mean the needle which is currently in my right or left hand. 🙂 August 29, 2011 Reply jennifer kim Thank you for the beautiful projects….. November 5, 2011 Reply Pinky Sharma you r really awesome…..a good teacher…thank u so much…!!! January 28, 2012 Reply julliana2ify Wow thank you so much for this tutorial!!!! …I have been trying to learn to make this beaded bead for a long time ..you did the entire bead step by step and made it so simple to follow..I cant thank you enough for this lesson ..Bless you my dear and thank you so much again!! January 28, 2012 Reply Beadaholique @pinkynagal You could string your finished bead onto any ring that uses bead stringing! Just pass through a couple of the beads in your beaded bead to string it onto your ring. You can check out our video that uses memory wire: "How to Make a Beaded Memory Wire Ring" February 2, 2012 Reply mdooms76 THANK YOU SO MUCH FORE THIS TUTORIAL!! 🙂 I just watched while doing this step by step and it came out beautifully. I was so glad to get to the end though because it does take alot longer than the otther beaded bead. Your explanation is excellent and thanks so much for stepping us through each step. Some tutorials drop you off after a couple of rounds assuming you have the hang of if which is never the case for me. LOL I can do this while watching but not on my own from memory yet. March 2, 2012 Reply revekakosmimata If I wanted to use 6mm bicones would I still use 11/0 seed beads? April 25, 2012 Reply Trevor Syrek Thank you! I Love your videos, the end result is always so beautiful. Can't wait to try it for myself! August 16, 2012 Reply londonpapparazzi cool September 3, 2012 Reply Lise Kjær Thank you so much for this great tutorial! I can only agree with "mdooms76" and others; you have taken us through the entire bead, and finally I got it! Great work and nice calm voice you have. :o) September 25, 2012 Reply N1na44 You are a sweet lady… Your videos are so easy to understand and you make so pretty beads. Thanks I was not into beading . But now I am!!!✨🍃🐛🍁🍂🎃✨ September 28, 2012 Reply robin odom I tried this project early on while just starting with bead weaving. I have gone on to more advanced techniques but my early failure had discouraged me from trying again. Your video made it so clear! I am not crazy about double needle styles but your video made it so easy that I feel sure I can do this single needle. You made it so easy to understand which beads are next! Thank you for such a clear tutorial! October 6, 2012 Reply Brianna Torres The truth is I like u December 23, 2012 Reply Reyna Silva I enjoy your tutorials! They are easy to follow. Thank you for sharing your beautiful work! January 16, 2013 Reply aROuPi Thank you very much! <3 January 17, 2013 Reply Beadaholique You could experiment with different sized beads, but you'd need to see what it does with the seed beads, and whether you'd need to adjust their sizes as well. It's just a trial and error process to see what will work. February 4, 2013 Reply Emoke Schmidt Thank you so much for your tutorial. I never worked with 2 needles and I am totally lost. Is it possibly to make this with one needle only? February 10, 2013 Reply Beadaholique I'm not sure whether or not there is a way to do this with one needle, but it would be much more complicated if there were then using the two needles. My best tip for trying these beaded beads is to make sure you keep track of the left and right needles when you're learning. Follow along EXACTLY, and don't turn your work or get the needles mixed up. February 11, 2013 Reply Provi diaz Hola! me encanta este tutorial y lo voy a hacer, que size son los seed que utilizas? plz February 16, 2013 Reply Beadaholique To find the size of the beads in this video, click on the links for them in the video description underneath this video. May 7, 2013 Reply Honeydrop How would this change if you use bigger beads and you want a 7-point instead of 5-point July 2, 2013 Reply Beadaholique Using a different number of beads would change the whole way this would go together, and I'm not sure how that would work. You can definitely experiment to see what happens, but you'd probably need a bit of trial and error to see if it would work. July 3, 2013 Reply thomas austin This is the first time I saw a tutorial without getting confused and or disinterested. Excellent! July 14, 2013 Reply Lexx X Thanks to your wonderful tutorial, I made a gold and garnet ornate bead and it turned out perfectly :)!!! September 22, 2013 Reply miss_bell_92 How would you go about adding a top loop and a tassel to this? September 25, 2013 Reply Beadaholique You could definitely weave a needle and thread through to attach a top loop and tassel. As to the specific instructions, that would need another video to give you step by step instructions. We'll add it to our video request list, but just a head's up, we do get a lot of requests, and can't always get to all of them. September 25, 2013 Reply ImaaniMoz Beautiful! September 30, 2013 Reply Thomas Tymstone Andrea, Thank you for showing the full instructions on this. I'm also glad your voice held out all the way through. I knew you could do it. I've made it now with 15's as the small bead and 11's (or maybe they were 10's) for the 'big' bead. worked perfectly and make lovely little orb for earrings. my only suggestion is use a good colour contrast between the two sizes so you can see where you are! This video was extremely helpful; I made earrings using Swarovski aquamarine 4 mm bicones and gold seed beads; I hung the earrings on a 1” gold chain. I took your advice and made a pendant to match. April 14, 2019 Reply Michelle's Handcrafted Creations This is really pretty. However, having learned to bead weave with a single needle, it's confusing to me to use 2 needles. I think I can figure out the bead design with a single needle. TFS! August 17, 2019 Reply Add a Comment Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
