I'm doing my beads in size 4ply cotton & #10 & I'm going to try some at #20 cotton thread. The 10 comes up beautifully. I also used some bamboo yarn and they are gorgeous, so shiny. And I've done some home decor ones with chunky yarn. Male great juggling balls 😉 Crochet beaded necklaces have FINALLY become fashionable in this small town I live in .. Bout time I was trying to market them last year! So I'm madly making beads!! Haha. I just thought the thread info & yarn might be helpful to others too. Thanks again you brilliant woman :)) Happy new year!!! Woooooot! .. I think I'll be crocheting lmao!! .. Aw dear :p December 31, 2013 Reply chelyah israel Can this be used as a nursing necklace??? May 27, 2014 Reply Suzanne I appreciate this video because I understand it better than other videos I have seen which make balls with crochet. I was just thinking, this might actually be great for making a cat toy. My cat loves to attack and carry around little balls from time to time. I was thinking I could fill up a ball with catnip and then attach it as a dangle to a little rod and see if she likes it. I like that you can control the size of the ball because my cat has small paws and so she really needs the "right size" toy. With a little modification I might be able to make the shape more like a little mouse because that's her favorite. June 23, 2015 Reply Luvenia Waiters im sure you'll build it yourself.
