Uuni 3 Portable Wood Fired Oven Assembly | Tips & Techniques by All Things Barbecue

– Hey everybody, I’m Chef
Tom with All Things Barbecue, and today I wanna show you how to assemble the Uuni 3 Wood Pellet Fired Oven. Now I’ve removed all of
the parts for the Uuni 3 from the box and from their packaging and laid them all out on the table here. So you’re gonna see
everything that we have as we start to build this thing up. Alright, first thing we’re gonna do is just put these legs down. (clanking metal on wooden surface) Then we’ll get the chimney on. (clicking noise) And latch it down. And then we have the chimney cap, which is also your pellet scoop. Then we’ll put this shield in place, and it has a little lip, that it slides right
down into right there. The Uuni 3 comes with a removable shield that protects your pizza
or whatever you’re cooking from that really hot flame so that you’re not always
blackening that back side. Now it comes in and it goes out, and that way you can
kinda clean around it. So just know that it’s back there and that it’s not anchored to anything except for the stone
that it’s sitting under. Next we’re going to put the handle on. (metallic noises) And you’ll just use the
included allen wrench to tighten this down. Then you can slide the handle on, and then put these screws in their places. (clicking noises) The next thing you’ll wanna
do is attach the fire box. Start with these screws just
in place but not screwed in, and then you can slide this in, and they’ll hang in place while you finish with the allen wrench. Next we’re going to slide
the pellet hopper into place. And then we’ll hang this slide, and then this screw adjusts that angle. (turning screw noise) And the lid to the hopper. And last we have the burn
grate and the fire pot itself. (metallic slide noise) Which slides right into place. And that’s it, it’s really pretty simple, but if you do have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team. You can find this Uuni
3 Wood Pellet Fired Oven at atbbq.com. All Things Barbecue, where
barbecue legends are made.
